What We Collect

When you tell us your Vegas, we collect the information you choose to provide: names, email address, mobile number, ceremony date and timing, location idea, license and witness readiness, guest count, ceremony preferences, and notes.

The staging site may also receive standard technical request logs needed to operate and secure the website. Paid advertising and advertising pixels are not approved for this staging release.

How We Use It

We use this information to check fit and availability, respond to your request, coordinate the ceremony if you later choose to book, and keep necessary communication and operational records. We do not sell your personal information.

Who Receives It

The current request form sends the details you submit to MailerLite, our communications service provider. Information may also be shared with the MicroWeddings.Vegas team and other service providers only as needed to respond to your request or deliver a service you choose.

How Long We Keep It

We retain request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate an active ceremony, keep necessary business records, or meet legal obligations.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update or delete your request information by emailing hello@microweddings.vegas. Some records may need to be retained when required for an active service, business records, or legal compliance.

Prelaunch Status

Before a public domain launch, payment collection, or paid traffic, this notice must be updated with the final legal business identity, mailing address, and approved customer support contact. This staging notice is not a substitute for lawyer-reviewed legal advice.
